Fixed​
- Concurrent creates of the same IP address on a branch other than the default branch now leave a single IP address when the schema declares a uniqueness constraint on it. The extra creates are rejected with the uniqueness error, as they are on the default branch. (#11059)
- Fixed the "info" severity badge in task logs having the same color as the "warning" badge; it is now blue.
